I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Pace University’s CACREP-accredited program. I approach counseling as a collaborative, relational process grounded in insight, understanding, and meaningful support. I view therapy as a space where clients are active participants in shaping and redefining their own narratives, rather than passive recipients of guidance.
My style is rooted in humility, transparency, and respect for boundaries, with a consistent focus on empowering clients to find clarity and confidence in their experiences. I often check in with clients using phrases like, “Does that sound right?” to ensure alignment and shared understanding throughout the process.
I work with both individuals and couples, supporting adolescents and adults navigating depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, co-occurring mental health and substance use concerns, and parenting-related stressors. My goal is to foster a therapeutic environment that is both structured and flexible—one that encourages growth, accountability, and self-awareness while honoring each client’s unique pace and perspective.
